The Sartor Chair is a classically tailored piece with its deep buttoned back, fixed seat and sleek angular legs has a contemporary edge. It is also available as a sofa. We created this special edition version of the Sartor for Liberty London.
Shown here upholstered in Colefax & Fowler Tristram Old Blue Herringbone with contrast piping, and legs in oiled walnut.
Constructed using a solid beech and birch frame with a coil sprung seat and sinuous sprung back featuring deep buttoning.

Our hardwoods, except where stated are hand finished with a clear microporous hard wax / oil. The natural vegetable oils and waxes allow for an even colouring accentuating the natural colour tone and grain of the wood.
